Returns and Exchanges
If the user wishes to return a product, should do it by delivering it to a transportation company for the vendor's address. The user should contact the vendor using the electronic form of the respective return.
The user should return the product in the same package as used in the first delivery. If possible, the user should return the product with all the boxes, instructions/documents and materials of the original packaging. The vendor will proceed to the inspection of the returned product. Any product that has been damaged, or that is not in the same conditions as delivered to the user, or that presents any signs of usage besides the simple opening of the package, does not grant the right to refund.
The user will be responsible for the transportation costs (cost of sending and return).
* Except in products from campaigns signaled that it's not possible to make returns.
Return for withdrawal
The user has up to 15 days after the delivery date of the products to return them, without being asked and justification (except in case of products made by his specification or customized).
The user will be responsible for the transportation costs (spent with sendings and returns). The fee for returns are the same as for sendings. These costs will be deducted to your initial payments and the balance sheet will be returned.
Return of products with defects
If the user understands that the product, when delivered, is not as agreed, should promptly contact the vendor via e-mail.
The vendor will proceed to an inspection of the returned product and inform the user of his right to have the product substituted or refunded (if it is the case), via e-mail in a reasonable timeline. The vendor, usually, proceeds to the refund or substitution as soon as possible and, in any case, in a 30 days time from the e-mail confirmation that the user has the right for a refund or substitution of the defective product. The returned products by the user for defective purposes, in case they are confirmed, will be refunded totally for the paid amount, including the sending and return expenses. The refund of any paid amount will be made by the same method as used when buying the product.
The refund will be made as quickly as possible (in any case, in 14 days from the date of notification of the return). The refund of any amount will be made in the same means as the payment was made when the product was bought.
After inspection of the returned product, CMD-Comercialização de Marcas Desportivas SA will emit the total refund minus the original delivery tax.
In the improbable case of a product being returned in inadequate, CMD-Comercialização de Marcas Desportivas SA is reserved the right to not refund the product and have it sent back to the user, with the charges of this operation being charged to the client.
Exchange and return conditions?
- Bought within 15 days;
- The product was never used, being in the original conditions. In case of neoprene products, these should be returned with its original box.
- In case of neoprene products having been uswed inside water, it is not possible to make exchange or return.
- Product with the original invoice or a copy of it.
- The sending expenses will be charged to the client, unless the return is due to our mistake or defective product, in which case, the expenses will be covered by CMD-Comercialização de Marcas Desportivas SA.
- We will not accpet sending to pay in the destiny.
